As part of the core app functionality, we collect and store:

• Transaction data — amount, currency, category, date, and description of every transaction you record
• Income information — amount, currency, and payment frequency provided during onboarding or profile setup
• Financial goals — savings targets, spending limits, and other objectives you define

2.3 Voice & Audio Data

When you record a transaction, your voice input is captured and processed to extract structured transaction data. Audio recordings are used solely for interpretation and are not stored permanently.

2.4 User-Generated Content

• AI chat messages — conversations with the Finamie AI agent to create or configure analytics
• Profile picture — photos you choose to upload to personalize your profile

2.5 Usage & Diagnostics

We collect anonymized data to improve the app, including:

• Product interaction data — features used, screens visited, actions performed
• Crash data — error reports to diagnose and fix bugs
• Performance data — app response times and stability metrics

How We Use Your Information

How We Share Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited cases:

• Service providers — we use trusted third-party services to operate the app (cloud infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, subscription management). These providers only process your data as directed by us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS using TLS encryption
• Authentication is managed through AWS Cognito with secure token-based sessions
• Sensitive configuration and credentials are stored in encrypted AWS SSM Parameter Store
• Financial and personal data is stored in a private, isolated database

• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
