By downloading, installing, or using the Finamie mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Finamie ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Vitessestack. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Finamie is a voice-first personal finance application that allows you to record, categorize, and analyze your financial transactions using voice input and AI-powered tools. The App is available in a free tier and a paid Premium tier.
To access core features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us at support@vitessestack.com. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.
The free tier includes up to 30 voice transactions per month and 1 default analytics widget at no charge.
Finamie Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the full experience of the App, including unlimited transactions, unlimited analytics, AI-guided analytics creation, and full transaction editing.

Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the price shown at the time of purchase, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings:
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price change in advance. Continued use of the subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

You retain ownership of all financial data, voice recordings, and other content you submit to the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the service.
Voice input is processed in real time to extract structured transaction data. Audio recordings are not stored permanently after processing.
Conversations with the Finamie AI agent are used to create analytics configurations. These interactions may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI) under their applicable terms.
All rights, title, and interest in the App — including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, and trademarks — are and remain the exclusive property of Finamie and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App integrates third-party services including AWS, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and the Apple App Store. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Finamie is a personal finance management tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All insights and analytics are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional financial guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finamie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Finamie operates, unless otherwise required by law.
